How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items go out within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order items take 1 to 3 weeks to crochet before they ship.
Can I request custom colors or a custom item?
Yes! Use the contact form and tell us what you want. We will reply with a price and timeline.
How do I pay?
Click Buy now on any item to check out securely with Stripe. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States. Shipping cost shows at checkout.
How do I care for my crochet item?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap and lay flat to dry. Do not put plushies in the dryer.
Are the plushies safe for babies?
Plushies with safety eyes are made for ages 3 and up. Ask about embroidered eyes for little ones.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is handmade, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
